Research

We take the time to get to understand you, your home, and your needs. Your space is carefully documented through site measurements and photos to establish a clear foundation for design.

Conceptual Design

We develop the design direction through mood boards, spatial planning, and preliminary material and colour exploration, supported by conceptual floor plans.

Design Development

With a defined direction in place, we refine every detail – from flooring, millwork, lighting to paint, window treatments, furniture and finishes. This stage includes material selections, sample boards, renderings and detailed drawings.

Contract Documents

Once all elements are finalized, the design is compiled into a comprehensive construction package used for trade quoting, coordination and on-site reference. This ensures alignment across all parties throughout the renovation.

Project Management

During construction, we conduct regular site visits to ensure the design is implemented as intended. We coordinate finishes, fixtures, furniture, and decor on your behalf. Once construction is complete, your home is fully installed and ready to be lived in and enjoyed.
