Research

We take the time to get to know you, your home and your needs. Your space is carefully documented through photos and site measurements.

Conceptual Design

We plan vision boards and consider preliminary material, colour, finish options. Complete with conceptual floor plans.

Design Development

With a clear design direction, we carefully source & develop every detail – ranging from flooring, window treatments, paint colours, furniture & more. Complete with material sample boards, renderings and a set of detailed drawings.

Contract Documents

When all elements are confirmed, the complete design will be compiled into a detailed package. Used to request trade/vendor quotes, track progress and for on-site reference during construction. We want to ensure the whole team is aligned the whole way through.

Project Management & Install

As construction progresses, regular site visits will be held to ensure design is implemented accordingly. All orders such as finishes, hardware, furniture, artwork are submitted, managed and coordinated on your behalf. Once construction completes, all furniture & decor will be installed and your home will be ready for you to enjoy and love.
